Provide the following details: Order ID / Invoice copy, Description of the issue, Clear photos or videos as proof to Email: support@eyagarden.com
Return Approval: All return requests will be reviewed by EYA Garden (OPC) Private Limited.
Approval or rejection of a return request is at our sole discretion.
If approved, customers will be informed about the return process.
Important Notes Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Products must not be used, altered, or tampered with (unless defective).
Proper packaging must be maintained for return approval.
